Lester Wills is a Director, Audit and Assurance Services. A member of the Nexia Court & Co team since joining as a graduate, he has also worked in the UK and draws on over eight years experience in audit and assurance. Throughout his career he has had the opportunity to work with a wide selection of clients of various corporate structures and sizes, including publicly listed companies, managed investment schemes and not-for-profit entities. He has worked across industries such as cotton, veterinary, mining, IT, glass and within the education sector on a number of independent schools.

All of this has provided him with extensive knowledge of Australian financial reporting requirements, finely-tuned skills in producing and auditing general and special purpose financial statements and in-depth experience in due diligence reporting. In addition, he has a unique understanding and ability to develop and audit complex financial models. His professional partnership approach combined with his ability to tailor strategies and advice ensures his clients meet their reporting requirements and individual business goals.

Lester holds a Bachelor of Commerce Degree from Macquarie University and is an Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants.
