   Depending on the purpose of the information (ie application of vacancy or registration of details) we may store this in our Nexia Court & Co database system, this information will be available to partners or authorised personnel staff of Nexia Court & Co. Where we have gained consent from you we may send information from time to time on upcoming events, newsletters and any seminars, which may be of interest to you.

4. Disclosure of information?
   This information will not be disclosed to a third party without gaining your consent first.

5. How long is the information kept?
   Nexia Court & Co will hold information until it is no longer required or becomes out of date. It will then be destroyed where it will no longer be identifiable.

   Nexia Court & Co may need to transfer your information to our international offices in order to complete or fulfil your request.
